Hello everyone. I have an update regarding the book’s color issue.

The printing service contacted me back and apologized for their mistake. They said that after they had checked the printers, they found out that the printers wouldn’t print brown and red for some reasons.

Currently, they are working on getting the printers fixed. I’ll have to return all the faulty books back to them. They will send me the new prototype so that I can check it again before printing the new 500 copies. The whole thing should take at least another two weeks.

While I’m happy and relieved to hear that they will correct their mistake, I feel bad about the delay. I’d like to apologize again, and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Book Status Update : 2013/05/14

Hello, everyone. I have a good news and a bad news.

The good news is that the books are printed and delivered to my house!
Bad news though, there’s a serious problem with the color in the comic part of the book. I’ve attached the pictures below to show you what’s wrong with them.

Looking at the picture, you’ll see that the prototype book on the left is far more saturated than the actual one on the right. The right one is very greyish, greenish and pretty much dull and less saturated than the prototype.

I have contacted the printing service about the problem and ask for a full reprint. I hope we can find a way to solve this problem.

I apologize for the delay. I’ll try to sort this out as soon as possible!

Book status update

Hello everyone! I have a book status update for you all.

The book is now in the printing queue! It took longer than I thought. I wanted to make sure that everything is right, so we wen through the proofing and color checking/adjusting process thoroughly.

The printing service contacted me and said that the books will be done in 14 – 20 days. I will prepare the packages beforehand, so when the books are arrived, I will be ready to ship them to you.

And here’s the preview of the poster for those whose pledge level is Grumpy Hedghod and above. ^^

- A canvas sketches preview for the HAPPY HARE backers (Wuffle Book’s IndieGogo Campaign Reward) ^^

- Researching some information for the next Wuffle Comics that will be back in June. Plus it might be 2 pages per week. I planned to run the series as a season (like TV series), the total pages I have to draw is around 70-80 pages. But once I have the whole story idea then it will be easier for me to separate them in to various episode.

Hello everyone! Today I have a short update for you all.

There was a problem with the mail service.I should have gotten the first copy of the book since yesterday to see if there’s any problem before printing the rest. The system told me it already arrive, but apparently it hasn’t.

Anyway, I think I should get it tomorrow, since they said they’ll deliver it to me as soon as possible. Once I get my hand on the book, I’ll take a picture to show you! If nothing goes wrong, the books should be ready for shipping this month.

Hello everyone!

This April, I have to go back to my hometown and stay with my family for a little while. So I think it’s a good chance for me to think about what to do with the 2nd season of Wuffle Comic.

To be honest, I’m still new to this 4-panel comic strip style, and I can’t really say I’m good at it yet. As you can see from my special comics such as Astro Wulf and Wuffle Christmas special, a full comic style is what I’m used to.

When I started Wuffle, I decided to go for 4-panel comic style, both to experiment, and because I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to draw a full manga style as a weekly comic. However, after one year, I’ve realized that 4 panels aren’t just enough for me. There’s so much I want to tell and so much to explore in Wuffle’s world!

Thanks to everyone who has shown me your support as well as the success of Wuffle Comic Year 1 Indiegogo campaign, I think it’s time to take Wuffle Comic to the next level. Wuffle will become a full comic, and short gag will be in a 4-panel style.

However, in order to this, I need sometime to plan and think of all the episodes I want to draw this year. Therefore, I’d like to announce that Wuffle Comic will take a two months break. We’ll be back in June with a new look, and new characters!

This doesn’t mean I’ll leave the site empty for two months. I’ll be updating the status of the book, as well as a sneak peek of the new Wuffle Comic. ^^
